Tracking your Package
TRACKING INFORMATION
You can track
your package at www.UPS.com after 7 pm on the day we ship your package, using the Order Number given to you on the Thank You page when you completed your purchase.
If you provided an email address on the Thank You page, the order number is also shown in the emails that we send confirming the order payment and the order shipment.
The Order Number consists of two letters, a dash and 5 digits (no spaces).
If you don't have your Order Number, you can retrieve it by clicking on "Returning Customer Log In" on the right top corner of any page at www.RoofBag.com, and entering your first and last name.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

1. Go to www.UPS.com
by clicking on this link: www.UPS.com
2. Enter your Order Number (including the 2 letters, the dash and the 5 digits, with no spaces) in the "Shipment Reference" box.
3. Check the box at the bottom of the page indicating that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
4. Click on the "Track" button located at the right
bottom corner of the page.
