TRACKING INFORMATION
You can track your
package after 7 PM West Coast time on the day we shipped your
package. We normally ship the same day you placed your order
if you placed your order before 3 PM Monday - Friday (for
Fedex or UPS orders) or before 10 AM for USPS (Postal Service)
orders. If your order was placed after these hours, we will
ship the next business day. You can find additional
information regarding shipping, arrival date, late arrival and
returns on our Shipping page: click on the Shipping button on
the green main menu above.
INFORMATION YOU NEED TO
TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
To track your package,
you need to know what shipping company you chose during your
online purchase. It could have been UPS, Fedex or USPS (US
Postal Service). If you don't know, go to next section: View
Order Details. If you know the shipping company, then choose
the relevant "TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE WITH ..." section below.
VIEW ORDER DETAILS
You can see your order
details at the end of your purchase. If you entered your email
address when you placed the order, we'll also send order
details by email when we ship. You can also view your order
details including order number, order status, shipping
company, shipping method, tracking number, etc. by coming back
to our website as follows:
Go to www.RoofBag.com,
click on "Returning Customer Login" link at the top right
corner of page, and enter your name. You'll see your order
number at the left. Click on the order number and you'll see
the order details. The shipping method is shown on the line
"Shipping", about half-way down the page.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE WITH
FEDEX
If you chose Fedex,
follow the instructions in VIEW ORDER DETAILS above. On the
order details page, Store Comments section, you will see a
blue, underlined, 15-digit number if your package has been
shipped. Click on this number and you will be taken directly
to a Fedex page with your package tracking information. If you
don't see this tracking number, look down the page at the line
"Shipping", to confirm the shipping company. If the shipping
company is Fedex, then come back a few hours later. Tracking
number is posted immediately after we ship, which is usually
on the same day you placed the order Monday - Friday.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE WITH
UPS
If you chose UPS, you can track your package with UPS using
your order number. The Order Number consists of two letters, a
dash and 6 digits (no spaces). If you don't know your order
number, see section VIEW ORDER DETAILS above.

2. Enter your Order Number (including the 2 letters, the
dash and the 6 digits, with no spaces) in the "Shipment
Reference" box.
3. Click on the "Track" button located at the right
bottom corner of the page. You will see the tracking
details of your package.
