Straps:Straps are unique in the market: heavy-duty, seat-belt type, 1.5 inches wide, 1,000-pounds strong. They are water-repellent to avoid water wicking into the car. Each strap includes two genuine YKK, super-tough delrin side-release buckles. They provide easy access to the roof top carrier's contents from either side of the carrier.
Construction:The Cross Country car top carrier is made with a heavy-duty tight-knit polyester canvas, coated on both sides with a strong vinyl layer. This means that the Cross Country carriers can withstand the most severe weather conditions without cracking, peeling or ripping: extreme temperatures, constant beating by high-speed wind, and prolonged exposure to sun, rain, snow, sleet, sand or dust. The exclusive vinyl formulation in the Cross Country remains flexible in very cold weather and resists damage like no other carrier in the market. The zipper is extra-large and heavy-duty construction, so that it never jams or breaks. The zipper is continuous and opens 3 sides of the carrier, allowing the carrier to open completely like a clam shell for easy access to its contents.
Versatile Design: RoofBag rooftop carriers are made to work with naked roof tops, cross bars, side rails and can also be installed on cars with sunroof.

to rack by a slip knot formed by
wrapping strap around rack and
passing buckle through loop at the

Strap is not permanently attached to
the carrier, and works by compressing

tightened. Optional Protective Mat

keeps carrier from sliding.
